Booking & Appointment Policies
Appointments are booked exclusively through the online booking system. Appointments will not be scheduled via text message or DM. For questions or concerns, please use the “Contact Me” section on the booking site.
Online booking is available 24/7 for your convenience and can be used to book, reschedule, or manage appointments at any time. You may also leave appointment notes during booking for any questions or important information regarding your service.
Communication
Please contact me during business hours only. All messages and calls received outside of business hours will be returned during the next business day.
Arrival Policy
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time — not early.
For example, if your appointment is at 10:00 AM, please arrive at 10:00 AM rather than 9:45 AM.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a No Show and may be canceled.
If you are running behind or experiencing any delays, please communicate with me as soon as possible. I will always extend the same courtesy if any unforeseen delays occur on my end.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and services.
Clients are charged only after services are completed, or in the event of a No Show or late cancellation. You will always be notified prior to any charge being processed.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as all No Shows, will incur a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.
No Shows and late cancellations disrupt scheduling and availability for other clients, therefore this policy is strictly enforced.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable.
If you experience any concerns with your lash extension service, please contact me within 48 hours of your original appointment for complimentary adjustments. After 48 hours, a Mini Fill or Full Refill appointment will need to be booked.
